Brazilian Zouk Workshop: 6:30-7:30 with Amanda Grace and Camilla Magalhaes: Isolations and Undulations

In this lab-style, experiential, and activity-based workshop, we unlock your ability to isolate different parts of your upper and lower body, to create shapes and patterns you can use both as a leader or follower in your social dancing. We will also work on undulations, and how to lead and follow the wave-like movements we so often use in Brazilian Zouk. This lab is open-level, and knowledge of head-movement is not a prerequisite.

Social: 7:30-10:30

We will start with a more energetic set for the first half of the night, and then slip into some gooey-trancy bliss for the second set. Sets will be purchased pre-recorded sets from world-famous Zouk DJs and will play a variety of genres
